  • Muscle-bone crosstalk during exercise, neuromuscular diseases, and aging.   
  • Cellular and molecular mechanisms of musculoskeletal injuries and regeneration.

  • Targeting muscle and bone comorbidities by replenishing nitric oxide (NO) in dystrophic muscle via inorganic nitrite.  
  • Role of FGF21 in the pathogenesis of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.  
  • Role of vascular endothelial cells in diabetic bone healing.
